Joe is one of the most dedicated individuals you will ever have the pleasure of working with. With his 7 years Digital Experience, coupled with his 25 years Business Management experience, you can rest assured this old dog knows some tricks. Strategist, Designer, Developer, Tech Support, Cat Dad, Nursemaid, and Nanny are just some of the several notches Joe has on his belt.
In terms of Joe’s education, he is fully decorated with a Business Commerce Degree from UNISA, as well as an MBA from UNC at Chapel Hill. Additionally, he has completed 9 Google Certifications, ensuring he is always ahead of the curve regarding Google trends.

Executive PA to the Directors | Web Developer
With over 9 years’ experience in our Digital Marketing Agency, it should come as no surprise that Dani is seen as one of our most irreplaceable assets. As a building block from the very start, Dani has excelled in almost every single department at Macrocosm, ranging from Office Administration duties and supporting the CEO as his Personal Assistant to leading the Web Department as their Traffic Manageress for the last three years in a highly demanding role.
As one of our longest-standing employees, we can proudly boast that Dani is incredibly hard-working, as well as a fast learner. Over the past 8 years, Dani has gained corporate experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Reporting, Google Ads, Website Development, and Social Media Management.
Coupled with this experience and in-depth knowledge of our industry, Dani has also completed various exams and certifications, ensuring she remains up to date on any and all trends in the Digital Marketing sphere. These include Google My Business Basics; Digital Sales; Google Ads Search, Shopping, and Display; YouTube Creative Essentials; and all 86 Facebook Blueprint Courses.
While Dani’s main title is being the Executive PA to the Directors, and Kevin’s right-hand woman (the Donna to this Harvey), she still wears many titles and continues to assist the Web Department where her years of experience and skill are required.




Finance & HR Manager
With 22 years’ experience in the Finance and Administration industry, 10 of which were spent in the UK, Thara-Lee came into Macrocosm fully prepared for the demanding and relentless industry of Digital Marketing. This preparation began after leaving the UK and returning to South Africa, where Thara-Lee worked in the Finance Department for an IT company that manufactured Proline computers. After which, she moved onto working for a marketing company as the Finance Assistant, where she also helped with the daily process flows of websites and content management.
In March 2017, Thara-Lee joined the Macrocosm family, and has since proven to be a great addition to the company. In addition to being the company’s very own “Minister of Finance”, Thara-Lee now also wears the title of HR Manager, where she strives for fairness and happiness for all.
In terms of Thara-Lee’s ongoing education, she is currently studying for the ICB Financial Accounting Programme, ensuring she remains up to date with the necessary knowledge and practical skills that surround financial accounting.
Google Ads & SEO Specialist
Glenn’s journey to the IT and Digital Marketing industry started when he spent 4 years in the Software Support industry for a Jewellery Accounting Software Firm. In late 2011, Glenn chose to take on a more international role with ROCKNROLLA Magazine based in Oslo, Norway.
After spending only one year managing their website and social media accounts, Glenn took on a junior position at an emerging Digital Marketing company, where he managed multiple marketing accounts, as well as new website builds. In late 2016, Glenn joined Macrocosm after working for a competitor company. With his gained experience of search engines and his technical expertise, he has become a most valuable addition to the company.
In short, the title ‘Google Ads & SEO Specialist’ does not do Glenn justice. Google Ads & SEO Master? Perhaps. When it comes to Glenn, and the work he does for our clients, his knack for detail and his dedication towards each individual client is completely unmatched. Website Traffic Manager | Web Developer & Graphic Designer
Having worked at Macrocosm for almost 3 years now, our Jack (Jayde) of all trades, has had a part to play in every department at Macrocosm. After gaining experience as a content writer, a web developer on WordPress (the world’s most popular CMS), and as a Junior Graphics Designer, Jayde realised her true passions lay in her Web Development and Graphic Design roles.
To further develop herself in these more complex roles, Jayde continues to improve her education and skills in Graphic Design. Additionally, to stay up to date with current Digital Marketing trends, and best practice, Jayde has made herself familiar with Google Skills Shop, Google Digital Garage, as well as Facebook Blueprint, completing a total of 85+ exams!

Sales Manager
While Chris’ journey with Macrocosm, and the Digital Marketing Industry as a whole, began only 2 years ago, he is no novice when it comes to hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. Before joining the Macrocosm family as the Sales Manager, Chris spent 10 years working at the City of Cape Town as a loyal, and respected employee.
His last held position was at the Table Bay Mall Motor Vehicle Registrations Office in Cape Town as the Admin Manager.
With his several years’ experience in Managerial Positions, coupled with the education he received after completing various Business Management and Financial Management courses at UNISA, it is no surprise that Chris was a perfect fit as Sales Manager.
To ensure he remains up to date with the changing trends in the Digital Marketing Industry, as well as continues to improve his knowledge on the several solutions available, Chris has made himself familiar with the Google Skills Shop and Google Digital Garage, receiving various certifications for said courses. JP joined the company as a Sales Representative back in our early days. After a short break in service, he returned and is now Macrocosm’s beloved Assistant Sales Manager.

Madison is one of our newest employees. Madison has already made a name for herself with her keen eye in design and creative mind, we could not be happier having her on our team. In a short amount of time, she has done excellent work in both our website department and our newly-structured social media department. Madison constantly shows her drive and passion to excel in our company through all the work she does.
Madison completed her 3-year degree with a BA in graphic design, where she completed 8 majors in her final year of studies. Having worked in the wedding industry previously, she is well adapted to handling situations of any calibre. After leaving the wedding industry, Madison pursued a career in digital marketing and found her passion in web design and social media marketing. Madison was the missing piece in our web department, with her added knowledge and creative mind. We are happy to have her grow with us for many more years to come. Since joining Macrocosm, Madison has also completed the Google Digital Garage exam.

Freelance Videographer
Duncan joined Macrocosm’s marketing department in March 2022 as a Digital Marketing Intern and officially joined the family in August 2022 as a Junior Account Manager. He has a background in film and videography, having graduated with a Diploma in Film and Television Production from City Varsity, as well as SEO with his background in freelance content writing.
Before starting his position, Duncan would spend his time filming and editing videos for a variety of music videos, short films, advertisements, fashion films and more. Since having joined the Macrocosm team, however, this has not stopped as he has been juggling his videography hobby alongside his role in Macrocosm’s A-team, marketing.
With this experience, Duncan now also handles a majority of our videography content, using his talents for the benefit of our clients, helping them take their marketing a little bit further, all while bringing their products and services into a new light that only video content can help shine.

Kyla is one of our newest members of the team. In only a few months, Kyla has excelled in content writing and setting new company benchmarks. Digital Marketing Account Manager
Morgan is the latest addition to the MUD Team and has been a great asset to the marketing team with her high standard of work ethic. She is a driven, and hard-working employee that constantly brings her A-game. Working at Macrocosm is her first permanent job after she has completed her digital marketing internship at Macrocosm – fresh out of university.
She graduated with flying colours completing a BA in Graphic Design at Vega Academy in Cape Town. Morgan is a true eager beaver and is currently doing her Postgrad in Brand Building at Vega in her free time, while she is working at Macrocosm. If working and studying a post-grad is not enough Morgan is constantly wanting to learn more and has completed several Google exams, in addition to other courses – to ensure that she remains in the game while moving with the times, fully ensuring she is able to adapt everywhere she goes. Morgan’s skills don’t end there. Morgan’s creativity, smart comebacks and determination make her the ideal edition for Macrocosms’ Digital Marketing and Social Media Departments.
Morgan is an understanding, yet hilarious individual that is always on top of things whilst pushing to be better each day.
